Design offers 4 years of Bachelor of Design Programme and 5 years Integrated Master of
Design Programme.
GLS Institute of Design is located in the heart of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It offers a wide range

GLSID Admission 2024 -Registration Details
Admission Process:

 Obtain the application form from the institute's office or official centers.
Alternatively, fill out the online application at www.glsid.org or
www.glsuniversity.ac.in.
 Complete the application by providing your basic details and uploading any
required documents.
The selection process includes:

 A Design Aptitude Test (DAT) to assess your skills and interests.
 A Personal Interaction (P I) session for us to get to know you better.
 Final shortlisting will be done based on your performance in the DAT and PI

Upon acceptance:

 Selected applicants will receive offer letters from the institute.
 To confirm your admission, you must accept the offer and pay the required
fees by the specified date.
  Payment of fees will finalize your admission to the program.

Eligibility Criteria for GLSID
Candidates who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying
examinations in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc.) from any
recognized board of education approved by the Government of India are eligible to apply for
the academic year 2024–25.
Number of Seats
Bachelor of Design: 200 seats
Integrated Master of Design: 40 seats

Fees Structure 
B.Design & Integrated M.Design Programme: Rs.3,17,000/- p.a
GLSID (Entrance Exam) details:
 The question paper will be of 100 marks total.
 The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
 The question paper will have two sections: – Section A will have multiple choice
questions testing general awareness, current affairs, and design concepts. – Section B
will have questions requiring drawings and essays to evaluate the candidate's
articulation skills.
 Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in all question types across both sections.

 The examination aims to comprehensively assess the candidate's general knowledge,
design aptitude, articulation abilities, and relevant skills through objective and
descriptive question formats distributed across two sections carrying equal weightage.
